“Hi, my name is Linea, and I am the woman behind LINEA LINEA, a small one-woman business. I like to call myself designer instead of ceramicist, mostly because of my design process. It just happens that clay is one of my favorite materials that I can work with and know very well”

“My practise is very intuition based and intended to have some base in spirituality. My products should very much reflect that. My womb candleholders are made to give women a tangible way of saying thank you to whatever the womb may have experienced or will experience. I have had some incredible encounters with women, who had just given birth, resonating with the candleholders not even knowing my intention behind them. My wish is that the candleholders will also be for girls who have just gotten their period making that an important ritual.”
Linea Drescher is a Danish born artist and designer. Linea holds a degree in architecture from The School of Architecture Aarhus and a degree in design from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art; School of Architecture, Design & Conservation.
Currently living on the island of Bornholm. All products are made in her studio in Nexø or Svaneke on Bornholm.
